Founded in Oct 2000, our company mainly deals in Children game card, mini cards, mosaic picture and notebook etc. Ying Fengming, the general managers of our company, by virtue of his leading management idea and modern enterprise?amp;macr;s management experience, makes our company develop from initial home workshop into medium scale of modern enterprise with advanced printing technique.
There are over 400 employees in our company, among which, 15 percent of the staff is the managers above junior college and technicians. Holding the principle of ¡¡?based on the talents, develop together¡¡? our company endeavors to cultivate talents, uses them to the best advantage and offers them broad developing space. A majority of the technicians in our company are developed in our company and them would like to develop with company continuously.
Our company was located in Beiyuan Industrial Zone of Yiwu City with the factory building area of 25 thousand sq.m. Garden-like factory zone and orderly, clean and bright living zone which is a good living environment for employees. The offset workshop, impress workshop, packing workshop and finish workshop are independent, which offer a well-regulated working order. And we have advanced Hideburg and Luolan Four-color Offset machine, 05 type of printing machine, 08 type of printing machine and over 20 sets of equipped impress machines and film-plating machines etc.
In the initial founded stage, our general manager Mr. Ying Fengming has realized that the product quality and developing new products is the life of enterprise, and then established the quality supervision organization and technology development department and equipped the relevant technicians. Nowadays, our products with novel design cater to the need of the market and get credit from customers with the high quality, which make our company be the leading enterprise in the same trade.
Combined the advanced network distribution with traditional distribution methods, by virtue of the steady and good quality, our products are sold very well in many provinces and 40% of them are sold far to Europe etc regions.
At the same time of work, our company also pays attention to the quality of employees and the afterhours life.
